Borsch / Борщ
Ingredients:
beef 800g (pork, chicken) 1 large carrot, 1/2 red beets, 1/2 cabbage, 2 potatoes, 2 onions, 2 bay leaves, sour cream, oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper, 2 russian models, 2 pairs of high-heel shoes, red lipstick, 2 vintage aprons
Procedure:
Tune a popular russian internet radio. Cook meet in a large stock until is tender. Fry chopped or grated red beet, carrot and onion. Add fried vegetable, sliced potatoes and cabbage to the water and cook together with the meat. Add one or two bay leafs, salt and pepper. Cook till everything is tender and serve with a sour cream.
